With all my nerve damage the only concerts I could enjoy over the past 13 years have been tuned to 432 hz. I would relax and pain would subside. I have over 9000 songs on shuffle on my Spotify so I could test what sound did and how it made me feel when I couldn’t get out of bed. Then remembered suddenly in history we changed the way music was written so I did research. To help calm fear and anxiety have chaplains (and everyone else) pay attention to their words and sermons. If their sermon preaches fear or uses negative language/words people get sicker but when they focus on positives, I’ve noticed recovery happens faster. An example instead of forget use REMEMBER in language.
